Booking with Funtime was so easy. This is the second year we have booked and they have always been fantastic. From initial chats with Helen to delivery on the day with Steve you cant fault them. Service is excellent and the bouncy castles and soft play equipment is great condition and clean. I would have no problem recommending Funtime, Bourne. Helen and Steve at FunTime are really friendly and very professional. They provided a bouncy castle with Paw Patrol theme and magic ball pit for my sons party. They made contact a couple of times before the event to ensure all was in order. They had a really busy day with several bookings and we were on the edge of their catchment but they kept to their timings for drop off and collection without us feeling rushed in any way. The bouncy castle was a perfect fit and all equipment was bright, colourful and spotlessly clean. Helen briefed us on the safety guidelines for each piece of equipment and gave suggestions of what to do if we wanted to turn the equipment on and off throughout the party.
