a week ago- I enquired about bouncy castle hire just over a month before the party and It's Funtime were incredibly helpful and guided me to the right choice to fit the hall and suit the children. I asked lots of questions and received prompt and accurate responses, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent value for money, very competitive price. A fantastic selection of bouncy castles and extras too. The wiggle cars that came with the disco dome package were a fantastic hit with the children. Everything ran smoothly at set up and packing away before and after the party and I felt confident when Stephen left that I knew how to operate the music (which was a great selection) and what to look out for health and safety wise. This meant everyone had fun and there were no accidents or issues.

Fantastic company. They kept me updated all week regarding the weather conditions and when it became clear that it was unsafe to have a castle outside, Helen helped me find a hall we could move in to to make sure Alfie's party went ahead. 1* for the great British weather, but 6* for Funtime.
