I booked the ultimate bouncy castle package for my son's 4th birthday. This is such great value, all the children had a brilliant time, it gives them alot more exciting things to do than just a standard bouncy castle. The cars were a massive hit aswell as the slide on the bouncy castle. Helen was great to deal with and really took the stress out of organising a children's party with great advise on halls and time for starting up and clearing afterwards. a week ago- I enquired about bouncy castle hire just over a month before the party and It's Funtime were incredibly helpful and guided me to the right choice to fit the hall and suit the children. I asked lots of questions and received prompt and accurate responses, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent value for money, very competitive price. A fantastic selection of bouncy castles and extras too. The wiggle cars that came with the disco dome package were a fantastic hit with the children. Everything ran smoothly at set up and packing away before and after the party and I felt confident when Stephen left that I knew how to operate the music (which was a great selection) and what to look out for health and safety wise. This meant everyone had fun and there were no accidents or issues.
