Fantastic company. They kept me updated all week regarding the weather conditions and when it became clear that it was unsafe to have a castle outside, Helen helped me find a hall we could move in to to make sure Alfie's party went ahead. 1* for the great British weather, but 6* for Funtime. Brilliant to deal with. Very helpful and friendly. Had an amazing party package which the children absolutely loved. All in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. I couldn’t thank Steve and Helen enough. Will definitely be back
